Allow preview window to recognize (or guess) text encoding (Unicode support)

I tested the preview window with a UNICODE text file that contained western and cyrillic characters, and it would not display correctly. The archiving of these files goes without errors, but the preview should be made able to recognize or guess the encoding of text files.
